ORDINARY GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING<\/h4>\n\n

The Board of Directors of SYNCONSULT, SL, summons the members to the Ordinary General Meeting to be held in Madrid, at the registered office, Avda. de P\u00edo XII number 94, on May 12, 2016 at 10.00 a.m., in accordance with the following<\/p>\n\n

AGENDA<\/h4>\n\n

  1. 1. Examination and approval, if applicable, of the Annual Accounts (Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement and Statement of Changes in Net Assets) for the 2015 fiscal year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. 2. Approval, if applicable, of the proposed distribution of income.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. 3. Approval, if applicable, of the management of the Board of Directors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. 4. Requests and questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. 5. Delegation to the Secretary of the Board for the execution and implementation of the resolutions adopted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    The shareholders may examine at the Company’s registered office the documents to be submitted for approval by the Meeting, as well as obtain from the Company, immediately and free of charge, such documents in accordance with the provisions of Article 86 of the Limited Liability Companies Act.<\/p>\n\n

    Likewise, in accordance with Article 49 of the Limited Liability Companies Law, the shareholders are reminded of their right to be represented at the General Shareholders’ Meeting called.<\/p>\n\n
