EXPROPIATIONS

 

 

To realize any public work it is essential to obtain the full disposal for all of the plots of land where it is located. The complexity of the actions handed to achieve the objective that there are no legal obstacles for the start, development and completion of construction in the fields provided, justify that Synconsult S.L. has incorporated the Management of Expropriations as one of its specific activities.

 

Expropiation can be divided into two phases: the planning document and processing of files.

 

Owners, property and easements affected by the future construction will be identified in the Planning Document and the corresponding compensation value in response to the legality and the reference prices will be established.

 

Synconsult S.L. has accumulated a large experience in collecting and processing the cadastral maps´ data, contrasting information in the field and moving them to the planning document drawings, as well as in the development of databases with the owners and the affected property that allow continuing with the expropriation process, settling it on complete and truthful information enabling systematic monitoring of the actions.

 

Afterwards, the processing of expropriation is to agree with the owner the nature and the value of the property affected and, otherwise, resolve any disagreement according to legality, until obtaining the public status for the lands to be expropriated.
