Singular projects

Within the professional activity of Synconsult S.L. and constituting a strong point in its business curriculum, it stands out its participation and direction in the management of singular projects of great importance. There are three very relevant ones in the company’s history:
– Remodeling of accesses and stadiums for the 1982 World Cup in Spain.

– The modernization of the Spanish airport network in the 1980s.

– Remodeling and modernization of Banco Banesto’s Branch Network.

This type of work requires the Consultant to identify with the client’s objectives, diagnose the initial situation correctly, plan the necessary improvements and program the various phases and stages to achieve the desired results, on time and within the budgeted costs.
