TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

LENGTH:	7.27 kilometers.
WORK CLASS:	Platform of High Speed Line of double track of UIC width (Total width of platform, 14.00 m). Maximum speed : 350 Km/h Type of traffic : Passengers.
1 P.A.E.T.:	Train overtaking and parking station (Girona -Airport siding) for four tracks and platforms, 2,132.85 m long (platform width varying between 26.7 and 31.7 m).
STRUCTURES:	2 Underpasses, 3 Overpasses and 2 Triarched Vaults. 3 Viaducts and expansion of 1 Viaduct: “Viaduct of the Riera de Vallcanera. “Length 38 m, 1 span and surface 532.0 m². “Viaduct of the Riera de Bagastrá ” : Length 168 m, 6 spans, maximum span 30 m and surface area 2,352.0 m². “Viaduct of the Riera de l’Onyar ” : Length 57 m, 3 spans, maximum span 25 m and surface area 798.0 m². “Extension of the Viaduc de l’Onyar ” : Extension of the length of the deck with an additional 30 m span. of light, total length of the viaduct 87 m, extended area 420 m² and total area 1,218.0 m².
EXPERIMENTAL SECTION:	Construction of a 1.10 km long experimental section consisting of sub-ballast construction. 10 cm thick with hot bituminous mixture
